The Royal Festival Hall, venue for this year's ceremony

D&AD Awards Ceremony 2008

New and improved Ceremony for 2008!

Thursday 15 May 2008
Royal Festival Hall
London

This year's D&AD Awards Ceremony will be held at the Southbank Centre’s newly refurbished Royal Festival Hall.

The evening kicks off with a champagne reception overlooking the River Thames, after which the Pencils, and the best work from around the globe will be presented in the spectacular auditorium.

Simon Amstell, of T4 and Never Mind the Buzzcocks fame, will be hosting the proceedings, so whether you are in line for an award or not, you will be kept well entertained.

After the ceremony, descend to the Ballroom where a magnificent after-party awaits.

There will be creative collaborations from illustrators Le Gun and designers Studio 8 will provide the backdrop to what promises to be a pretty special night, with contributions from Greyworld, Jason Bruges Studio and Not Actual Size adding an extra dimension.

The music will be live this year, with bands and DJs that you may already have heard of, and of course there will be food and drink aplenty.

Everyone is invited, so come and join us; it’s going to be something very special.
