D&AD represents the global creative, design and advertising communities. If you are a creative professional or student looking to develop your career in this sector, please visit the Education and Professional Development sections.
Please note, we are not a creative agency and therefore are unable to offer any career opportunities within this field.
We are currently recruiting for several short-term vacancies within the Awards Production Team. These roles provide a great opportunity to view first-hand some of the top creative work within the Design and Advertising communities as they are entered in to the D&AD Awards, whilst also liaising with the agencies making the submissions.
Job Objectives
The roles include positions working on the customer service team dealing confidently and efficiently with incoming entry queries. Using the D&AD logging system to accurately record and check entry data and after judging, some positions are involved with the editorial of the D&AD Annual, which includes collecting, collating and proofing successful entry credits and images.
During logging there are some positions within the specialised digital team that quality check and process all digital entries for judging, requiring specialist knowledge in this field.
Knowledge of the advertising and design industry is an advantage and knowledge of a second language is desirable but not essential.
