Job Objective: The Awards Operations Manager is responsible for all operations regarding entry of the annual D&AD Awards. To include management of the development and upkeep of the online entry system, D&ADs in-house entry management and query system and supporting entry documents as well as closely manage a large team of sessional staff through the logging and checking of all physical and digital entries into the awards, the D&AD judging event and post-judging credits collection.
Salary: £26-30k pro rata

An internship at D&AD will enable successful students to experience the workings of D&ADs activities worldwide. You will be placed within one of the following Teams and will support their workings for a maximum period of 6 months;
Education and Professional Development
Global Awards and Annual
Communications and Commercial:
Central to all of D&ADs activities, the Communications team is responsible for Media Relations, Members and Regions, Marketing, Events, Business Relations and D&AD Brand Ownership.
Digital and IS
The Digital and IS team is responsible for all the content, technical and budgeting aspects of a digital nature and promotes a cohesive approach across all activities and stages of digital development.
Each internship is individual as we aim to match your particular strengths and interests with the needs and requirements of the Team.
Applications for internships are considered from all students aged over 18, either from the UK or abroad and can be worked into an existing higher education programme. Our internships are only intended for students who are still in higher education, not graduates.
Because we are a not-for-profit organisation, our internships are unpaid posts. However, D&AD is able to offer reasonable travel and expenses although you will be personally responsible for these arrangements. Non EU citizens will also need to obtain the correct visa from their local British Embassy or consulate.
